By completing registration and payment for this course, and agreeing to these terms and conditions, the student and/or parent or guardian agrees to the following BeCool Driving School terms and conditions herein:

You may request to cancel your registration upon written request to BeCool Driving School made within 3 days of the date of registration for any reason and receive a full refund, minus a 4% processing fee.

Cancellation requests made outside of the 3 day grace period are only eligible for a refund if the reserved spot can be replaced by another student from the waitlist before the start of the same course at the discretion of BeCool Driving School.

Cancellation requests made after the 3 day grace period who are found to be eligible for a refund will receive the refund only upon written request to BeCool Driving School.

If approved, cancellations and refunds outside the 3 day grace period will be subject to a $100 administration fee.

Any cancellation requests not eligible for a refund will result in $0.00 refunded amount. Student will need to attend course and abide by service contract agreements to remain eligible for completion certification.
